Attacking someone in aggressive driving situations is considered Road Rage and this is a crime punishable by law as it is done with the intent to harm another person.
It can come in different forms such as physical or verbal assault either of which can be considered harassment. Punishment for such crimes range from paying fines to actually going to jail. It is therefore advisable to simply ignore a reckless driver or rather report them to the relevant authorities than to engage with them.
