Because when u draw it usally just takes off the stress from your mind and puts it on a peice of paper..... and when u draw you´re free u can draw anything that really comes to your mind.
The first performance I have every done of music was when I was 9. I did this because all my friends did. I felt scared and nervous because I thought I was going to mess up.
