In architecture, ornamentation is the part of a work that, although not an essential element, participates in its decoration.
Modern architecture became the dominant style in the early twentieth century. The guidelines were to prioritize the purpose of the work and to eliminate the ornaments as much as possible, so residences and so-called commercial buildings came to have a prominence in architecture.
The architecture of the future is believed to focus on buildings as beautiful as they are comfortable, and made so as not to compromise the environment. A new way of design will emerge, where new parameters will be used both for construction and urbanism in cities.
