    |      \
O  |       \
    |        \
    |____x\
        A
O is opposite the angle
A is adjacent to the angle
H is the hypotenuse (longest side)
sin(x) = O/H
cos(x) = A/H
tan(x) = O/A
(you can remember using SohCahToa
Substitute the sides in and you will find the missing angle.
If H was 30 and A was 15:
cos(x) = 15 / 30 = 0.5
cos(x) = 0.5
Then you would do inverse sin (sin^-1) to find x:
cos^-1(0.5) = 60
x = 60°

Drag and drop the correct volume of the cylinder into the box to find the volume of the figure. Use 3.14
Furkat [3]

Answer:

2923.34 in^3

Step-by-step explanation:

Volume = Pi x (r) ^2 x height

PI =3.14,

, R = 7inch (d =radius /2 >> 14/2)

H =19 inch

Volume = 3.14 x 49in^2 x 19 inch

= 2923.34 in^3

Write the null and alternative hypotheses for the following example. Determine if the example is a case of a two-tailed, a left-
Molodets [167]

Answer:

Kindly check explanation

Step-by-step explanation:

(a)

H0 : μ = 12

H1 : μ > 12

This is a right tailed test ; the alternative hypothesis has a greater than sign, difference between sample and population mean value will be positive.

(b)

H0 : μ = 10

H1 : μ > 10

This is a right tailed test ; the alternative hypothesis has a greater than sign, difference between sample and population mean value will be positive.

(c)

H0 : μ = 100

H1 : μ < 100

This is a left tailed test ; the alternative hypothesis has a less than sign, difference between sample and population mean value will be negative.

(d)

H0 : μ = 12

H1 : μ > 12

This is a right tailed test ; the alternative hypothesis has a greater than sign, difference between sample and population mean value will be positive.

Which simplified fraction is equal to 0.53 repeat ? A.24/46 B.8/15 C.42/90 D.5/9
murzikaleks [220]

Answer:

To see how these fractions are equal, I divided the numerators by the denominators. For instance, you could have 4 over 5 (4/5) and divide 4 by 5 (4/5) to get 0.8. Now you'll do the same thing for the fractions given

24/45=0.533...

8/15=0.533...

48/90=0.533...

5/9=0.5556

As you can see, the only fraction that doesn't equal 0.53, or the outlier, is 5/9 or 0.5556
