It is not personal attack because there was no attack in the argument.

There's also no appeal to evidences or the lack of it.

Non sequitur is when the conclusion does not follow the premises, which is not really the case.

The fallacy here is one that does not consider the individual difficulties one in a determined task because the others were able to do that task easily. Therefore, appealing to the success of most. It is a popular appeal.
