Not necessarily. It is a known fact that the arabs will want to wipe out Isreal. And as for stronger economic ties, the Israel has already tried to give them back the Gaza Strip, which is what they wanted, and it didn.t reduce any conflicts.
The goverment has less spending money so basically the banks have more spending money and when banks make loans they end up having a lot more spending power then the whole goverment

Advantages for whom ? Generally, in a smaller family the resources are distributed among fewer people, which means that the children can get a better education and more support and the parents don't need to work us much (e.g. double shifts) to support their family. For the whole state, a 2+2 model is also the most sustainable, where there are no drastic differences in population age over time:the number of people stays constant if everyone has around 2 children.
Standardized tests create too much stress. Too much pressure at a young age can stunt future growth.
