Nostrana [21]

If country A exports $10 billion worth of goods to country B and imports $8 billion worth of goods from country B, then country A has a(n): $2 billion trade surplus with country B.

<h3>What is long run market in business?</h3>

When a country exports more than it imports, it is said that the country has a trade surplus. On the other hand, when a country imports more than it exports, it is said that the country has a trade deficit.

The term "long run" refers to a time frame during which all cost and production elements are movable. A business will eventually look for the production technology that will enable it to produce the necessary level of output for the least amount of money.

The long run is a theoretical concept in economics where all markets are in equilibrium, all prices have fully adjusted, and all quantities are in equilibrium. The short-run, where there are certain restrictions and markets are not completely in equilibrium, contrasts with the long-run.

When is a firm a monopoly, or are monopolies only theoretical concepts that do not exist?
Nataly_w [17]

A firm is a monopoly when there is one producer or a manufacturer who produces products or services which has no substitute or competition in the market and customer buy that specific products or services from that manufacturer only. Sometimes monopoly companies has competitors and substitutes but they don't effect the company's profit at all.

Microsoft, Fac-ebook and Go-ogle are real life examples of monopoly. They enjoy monopoly in their respective goods or services which has little competition that does not effect their profits and market stability. Like these three there are many monopolies in the market which shows monopolies are not theoretical concept and they even exist.

hich of the following sentences contain flabby expressions? Check all that apply. I worked on the MarkMaster campaign for the pe
mixas84 [53]

Answer:

<h2>An example of flabby expression among the sentences given in the question is the first second last and the last one or "I worked on the MarkMaster campaign for the period of 35 hours last week.""In very few cases will he return text messages" and "In addition to the above, the client is of the opinion that, as a general rule, Comic Sans font is childish."</h2>

Explanation:

In general English language,a flabby expression can be characterized as the sentence or statement which contains rambling, redundant and unnecessary extra words which affects the clarity of the sentence or expression. These words make the sentence or expression unnecessarily complicated and long.In this instance, the first sentence uses an extra phrase "for the period" which could have been omitted and rewritten as only "I worked on the MarkMaster campaign for 35 hours last week."In the second last sentence given in the question, the phrase "In very few cases" can be replaced by the word "Rarely" thereby shortening the sentence. In the last sentence, the initial phrase "In addition to the above" can be replaced by "Aside from" or "Besides" and the phrase "as a general rule" can also be shortened as "generally".These are the examples of redundant or extra words that convey the original meaning of the sentences but only expands their length and complexity.

elena-14-01-66 [18.8K]

Answer:

A. increase

Explanation:

Liam has not been clearing his credit card as per the monthly statement. It means that every month, he carries a balance to the next month.

Credit cards charge an interest rate known as the Annual Percentage Rate APR. Credit cards APR is among the highest interest rate in the market today. On average, the APR rate is about 21 percent.

When Liam does not clear his balance for the month, it means the amount carried forward will be subject to the APR. His debts will include the interest and regular expenses. The interest on a credit card is calculated and applied every month. Carrying forward balances then means this month's balance plus interest becomes a new balance for the next month. Interest charged in the previous month will subject to attract interest in the coming month.
