Elements such as appreciation, sometimes humour

Special occasion speeches are different from informative or persuasive speeches because they are mainly informal speeches

Special occasion speech can happen at birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, etc.

Explanation:

BIRTHDAY TOAST FOR DAVE, MY FRIEND.

I have known Dave almost all my life. We went to Middle school together, fished together on weekends, even had crushes on the same girl. In a way, we have a bond that's closer than brothers.

We're all gathered here to celebrate the birthday of this guy. This guy that wouldn't do the dishes, this guy that can be very annoying, but most especially, my friend.

I'm super proud of you and the journey you've taken in life. May this birthday mark the beginning of newer and better things in your life.

Cheers, amigos.

Answer:

Special occasion speeches should include information regarding the event your are talking about or what is it special for that speech. It has to include some emotional elements. It is different from informative or persuasive ones because of its objective. Informatives want people to know something, persuasive ones want people to do something in particular and special occasion ones can different motives, they can be formal or informal have different objectives than the others. It could be prepare for an anniversary party or for a birthday.

Explanation:

As it was said previously, Special occasion speeches have different objectives and they can be done for a company's event, an anniversary or a birthday party. Let's see an example of a birthday toast of my favorite friend:

<em>"Dear (John): Thank you so much for being always there for me. Thank you for your endless love and support when I need it the most. I just want to say, again, thank you for being such a loyal friend. You are a wonderful person and the most humble person I've ever known. I want to wish you the best in this special day and I am sure life will return you all the love you give us. Happy birthday!!"</em>

If you analyze that, you would find that speech, you see that it is not the main objective to informe or to persuade, but to make the other person happy and to congratulate and thank him.

Tomorrow, the mayor will announce her plans "for the new committee." what type of phrase is this?
natali 33 [55]
The phrase "for the new committee" is a phrase that starts with a conjunction. It is also known as a subordinate clause. The combination of words "for the new committee" does not make up a complete sentence; it cannot stand on its own. The word "for" is a coordinating conjunction and joins two equal phrases to each other. A coordinating conjunction is also known as a coordinator. It shows that both parts or phrases that make up the sentence are of equal importance.

Hello. You did not show what were the themes of the unit to which the question refers, which may leave the answer a little inaccurate.

Two recurring themes in transcendentralistic music is the human capacity to live a rural life. This type of theme is widely found in country music, where nature and country life is portrayed as the ideal life, due to the hard work environment, but rewarding and the presence of nature that makes life lighter and more beautiful. Another recurring theme is the happiness of being loved by someone and how it affects the human being in a positive, magical and playful way, leaving life beautiful and decreasing the perception of problems that may arise.

These themes are completely centered on transcendentralism, which promotes the intimate relationship between the human being, his self, society and the environment. As these are very common themes, I feel influenced to talk about them, because they are also the themes that present a greater symbolism for me.
