In this question, it is given that

If a bus with an average speed of 40 miles per hour travels for 30 minutes.

Here time is 30 minutes. And 1 hour have 60 minutes. SO the given times is 0.5 hour .

And the speed is 40 miles per hour .

We have to find the distance. And distance is the product of speed and time. That is

Distance = 40 *0.5 = 20 \ miles

One hour is 60 minutes. since you're looking for 30 minutes, do 40 x 30 and divide by 60.

Estimate the value of \frac{\sqrt{2\pi }}{\sqrt{5}}
Butoxors [25]

Answer:

the exact answer is 1.98

if we rationalize denominator we get root 0f 10 times pi divided by 5

root of 10 is about 3.1 (\pi) so we have \frac{\pi  ^{2} }{5} ≈ 9.6/5 = 1.92

Step-by-step explanation:

\frac{\sqrt{2\pi }}{\sqrt{5}} * \frac{\sqrt{5 }}{\sqrt{5}} = \frac{\sqrt{10} \pi }{5}

Use the image above to write a conjecture about regular polygons and lines of symmetry
Tatiana [17]
To find conjecture about regular polygon, use the formula \frac{360}{n}

Where, n = number of sides of the regular polygone

1) Triangle
n =3
So, Conjecture of the triangle = \frac{360}{3} = 120

2) Square
n =4
So, Conjecture of the square = \frac{360}{4} = 90

3) Pentagone
n = 5
So, Conjecture of the pentagon = \frac{360}{5} = 72

4) Hexagone
n = 6
So, Conjecture of the pentagon = \frac{360}{6} = 60.
