The percentage of A occurring is 25%

<u>Explanation:</u>

Given:

4 sections are there

M A T H

number of spins, n = 20

In one spin, the probability of getting A is 1/4

In 20 spins, the probability of getting A is

\frac{1}{4} = \frac{x}{20} \\\\x = 5

Percentage of A occuring = \frac{5}{20} X 100\\\\

                                           = 25%

The Therrell High Marching Band is selling candy bars for a fundraiser.
igor_vitrenko [27]

Answer:

3x ≥ 45

15, 20 , 25

Step-by-step explanation:

Let's call the number of bars Renee sold as " x "

Let's call the number of bars Robin sold as " y "

Robins, y, sold two times as many bars as Renee, x

That means Robin sold 2 times x or 2x

So y = 2x

The sum of bars Renee, x,  and Robin, 2x, sold together are no less than 45

No less than 45 means the number of bars have to be greater than or equal to 45

x + 2x ≥ 45

3x ≥ 45

x ≥ 15

Renee can sell, 15, 20, or 25 bars .   (just has to be bigger or equal to 15)
