One of the easiest methods that can be used to find the area of a polygon is to split the figure into triangles

I think the formula to find the area of a hexagon is "0.5a * p" or 1/2a*P"

They are both the same.

a = area
p = perimeter.

This is only for regular hexagons.

I don't know about irregular hexagons tho.

Hope this helped☺☺

saveliy_v [14]

Answer:

20

Step-by-step explanation:

AB = √(-4)² + (-3)²

AB = √ 16 + 9

AB = √ 25

AB = 5

AD = 4 ; DC = 4 ; BC = 7

Perimeter = 5 + 4 + 4 + 7 = 20 units

Will Mark The Brainiest that is extra points aka FULL POINTS

Hello!

We can solve this by using substitution

we can plug y = x - 1 into the other equation

So 2x - 3( x - 1) = -1

We can distribute the -3 to (x - 1)

2x - 3x + 3 = -1

Combine like terms

-x + 3 = -1

Subtract 3 from both sides

-x = -4

Since x is negative we can multiply both sides by -1

x = 4

We can plug x into the first equation

y = (4) - 1

y = 3

The answers are x = 4 and y = 3

Hope this helps!
