Why aren’t individual freedom unlimited ?
I am Lyosha [343]

Answer:

Individual freedom is limited because people would rather be in control and do what they want. Individual freedom would allow anybody to do what they want and that would be caotic. Even in biblical times there were rules even for the Insurgents without rules. Rules are relevant in all societies and without them civilizations would crumble.

2.The Rosenbergs were convicted of playing a central role in a spy ring that passed secret data concerning the atomic bomb to the Soviet Union during and immediately after World War II.

3.</span>One of Eisenhower’s main goals of foreign policy was to contain communism.  A great fear was that of the domino effect,  the belief that if one country fell to communism, so would another and another and so on.   In his first inaugural address, he declared,

“Forces of good and evil are massed and armed and opposed as rarely before in history. Freedom is pitted against slavery, lightness against dark.” (United States History- Eisenhower and the Cold War).

Eisenhower and Secretary of State John Foster  Dulles believed that containment was not enough to stop Soviet expansion, and therefore adopted a policy know as Massive Retaliation, in which the U.S was prepared to use atomic weapons if they were to be attacked (United States History- Eisenhower and the Cold War)
