Hey so if an instagram account has an email attached to it but a person no longer has access to that email, how do they get back into their account if they forgot their password
(Also, yes Brainly, this is school related as I'm taking I.T for GCSE)

well, for starters u can try recovering the email at googles email recovery, which should be at the g mail site, or when u try logging in into your g mail account, there should be an option that says, forgot password, u will need a phone for this if u don't. it might prompt u to give a phone number to provide the password then, if u are still having trouble with it, try watching a you tube video about it.
