Learning disability is a temporary condition that occurs when influences from the outside world hinder the learning process. Several factors can cause learning difficulties, such as emotional issues, family problems, inadequate nutrition and an unfavorable environment.

Learning disorder is a neurological condition that affects learning and information processing. Unlike learning disabilities, learning disabilities are permanent.
