For exams I study 35 minuts then take a breake of 5 minuts away from the book and then return, and from homework I wait 5 minuts after doing one homework until I do my next homework. I start 3pm normally and if I need to study, on weekends, 2 hours in morning and all that dind't study in those two hours in afternoon
