Answer: Pompeii was one of the most beautiful ancient cities. The Romans did not know about volcanoes and did not know what had happened to them. The Vesuvius volcano caused the Pompeii disaster. Vesuvius has been erupted about 50 times in the last 75,000 years by volcanologists. Pompeii was destroyed within minutes.

Explanation:

  • Pompeii was a prosperous trading port founded by the Etruscans. Some historians call this city "Ancient Las Vegas". This city on the coast, near the river Sarno in Campania, was 90 miles from the heart of the then world, Rome. Due to its excellent geostrategic and transport position, this port city has become an important trading and transport hub. Due to the wealthy soil, there were many vineyards in and around the city. Because of its beauty, the city was a regular resort destination for Roman emperors and prominent patricians. Pompeii was one of the most developed and beautiful cities of its time.
  • The Romans were extremely religious people. Sometimes, based on interpretations by the priests, they cancelled battles based on the animal's gaze. Therefore, it is shocking that after the disaster, the Romans did not believe it was an insult to the gods and some punishment. The Romans did not know the volcanoes and did not know precisely what happened to them at that moment, but there is no record of seeing this catastrophe as punishment or warning. There are several isolated cases of clergy who interpreted this event as punishment, but in general, the Romans did not consider themselves to be punished by the gods.
  • The floods were utterly devastated by a volcanic eruption. The city was wiped off the face of the earth in a short time. The explosion of Vesuvius volcano was fatal to the city. One ton of volcanic material exited the volcano's shaft in one second. The ash towers thirty miles around town, so the day turned into the night during the accident. The environment of Vesuvius suffered a catastrophic earthquake in 83 BC. Kr., But the damaged settlements were rebuilt relatively quickly. In the year 62, Pompeii devastated another terrible shock, but the robust economy of Pompeii promptly rebuilt the city and restored its old splendour. An interesting detail related to this earthquake is the note by the Roman historian Seneka that 600 sheep died of poisoning in the nearby hills. The reason for the poisoning was the material that poisoned the environment of the bindings from the volcano. During the blast, a vast number of rocks and associated volcanic equipment fell on the city. However, magma preserved the town, so that with today's archaeological excavations we can see what this city looked like.
  • The Vesuvius volcano erupted above Pompeii in 79 AD in August. At that time, more than 20,000 people lived in the city. More than 3000 people have been killed, and a large number have disappeared. According to the latest research, it is estimated that the eruption of this volcano killed about 16,000 people.
  • The minutes required the city to be completely covered with volcanic material after the big explosion. The city has been bombarded with tremendous amounts of toxic substance in a short time. Lava was going down the mountain for hundreds of miles an hour, and by that time the city was already covered with ash and oysters.

One of the changes globalization has brought to remote and rural regions is migration. Often, men go to work in towns or cities,
Gnesinka [82]

Answer:

In the case of a man who goes to town to work and leave his family in the village, the main effect is the power changing, as the need to provide themselves through another way. And in the case of a total group migration, a whole new structure must be developed, sometimes from scratch, but especially that other family members would work too, also several other points.

Explanation:

Now, let's understand better.

In small villages, the traditional patriarchy is common. So, man has the power, and the rest of the family would obey. He is the provider, and all that comes with it. Well, when he decides to go out and look for a job in another town, the family structure must be reorganized. The mother now is the central power, and the children must help to support the family. The money sent by the father sometimes is not enough, so other members of the family must work or do something to complete the sum. Somehow, even with the power change, the family structure, and it's traditional duties maintain itself almost intact.

Now, when the entire familiar group decides to move to another town, depending on the town, if it's small or not, a whole new structure is necessary. Here, there's no patriarchy because it's not possible to a central power when both members of a family have to work. Yes, in this case, father and mother must to work because the wages, in several cases, are not enough, so they have to complete the sum and pay the debts. Children must go to school, creating a new reality for them. In some cases, one of the children must work too to help the parents (and to provide for himself/herself too). Moving to another town is a big reorganization.
