Answer:

The rainfall has more effect. where without rainfall there won't be changes in temperature because the if it's to cold there won't me vegetation like in polar region and if Temperature is to hot there won't be vegetation like in saraha desert. Therefore it is crucial for rainfalls more then Temperature.
