Keep this in mind, when you are writing. A positive thing is that, when you believe in yourself, it can help you successfully achieve your goals in life. Something negative might be that self-efficacy can cause one to feel alone, or make one blame oneself for problems. Self-efficacy can make someone feel depressed and keep them from following their dreams.
