Barbed wire played a very significant role in World War I (also called the Great War). Barbed wire was originally used as a boundary to keep cattle in, but it soon proved to be useful in trench warfare. Barbed wire served both as a way to keep the enemies out, and as a way to keep the soldiers in (and protected). The use of barbed wire was the cause of many casualties and injuries, as well as a contributing factor to the stalemate of the war.

Why did nathaniel bacon and others rebel against the governor of jamestown
o-na [289]

Nathaniel Bacon's rebellion was the first armed rebellion in the American soil by settlers.

Explanation:

Nathaniel Bacon led the rebellion against the Governor Berkeley of the colony of Virginia which was at the time a bustling state and the capital was a place of exuberance and riches due to its profit from the tobacco farms.

It was due to the plight of the farmers growing that profitable tobacco that led to the conflict between the two big leaders and resulted  in the armed rebellion that spelled doom over Virginia for quite some time.

what were the main difference between hamilton and jerfferson concering the power of the nations goverment
sineoko [7]
Hamilton favored a country modeled after Great Britian. He was a strong proponent of centralized power and a central bank for the country. Jefferson had a vision of an agrarian society, a country of farmers. He did not like the idea of being oppressed by a government, especially with the revolution happening in his lifetime. He opposed a central bank, fervently.
