After a California (or Arizona) wildfire, after some time, vegetation would start to rejuvenate, or, kind of start growing again and gaining after the loss of vegetation. Some of the first plants that would be vulnerable for growing first would most likely be:
*a cactus (because these western states that have been given are dry in most areas, and most areas are inland, which has soil and conditions fertile enough to hold life for a cactus. it is used to hot, dry temperatures)
*another plant would be: a californian shrub. This is held on true to the fact that they have been proven tolerant against tough conditions
