An empirical evidence refers to an information that verifies the truth. It accurately reveals the truthfulness or the falsity of a claim. A statistical evidence is refers to a set of collection of number that prove an information to be true or false. This is the strongest type of evidence in formal writing. Anecdotal evidence refer to the type of evidence that is collected in an informal manner and which rely heavily on personal testimonies.
