Answer:

The total number of containers than can be filled  = 5\frac{11}{50}

Step-by-step explanation:

The amount of blueberries Carl has  = 3 1/2 cups

Now, 3\frac{1}{2}  = 3 + \frac{1}{2} = 3 + 0.5  = 3.5

⇒The amount of blueberries Carl has = 3. 5 cups

Also,the amount of blueberries each container can store  = 2/3 cups

Now, \frac{2}{3}   = 0.67

⇒The amount of blueberries each container can store = 0.67 cups

So, \textrm{Total cpus that can be filled by blueberries}  = \frac{\textrm{Toaal amount of blueberries to be stored}}{\textrm{Bluebeeries stored in 1 cup}}

= \frac{3.5 cup}{0.67 cup}  = 5.22

Now,5.22 = 5 + 0.22 = 5 + \frac{22}{100} = 5 + \frac{11}{50}    = 5 \frac{11}{50}

Hence, the total number of cups than cen be filled with the blue berries = 5 11/50

⇒ Blueberries can fill 5 full cups and 11/50th of the 6th cup.

In dire need of help with APR and APY! Please Help!
Sedbober [7]
<!--td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}--><span>For example, a credit card company might charge 1% interest each month; therefore, the APR would equal 12% (1% x 12 months = 12%). This differs from APY, which takes into account compound interest. The APY for a 1% rate of interest compounded monthly would be 12.68% [(1 + 0.01)^12 – 1= 12.68%] a year. If you only carry a balance on your credit card for one month's period you will be charged the equivalent yearly rate of 12%. However, if you carry that balance for the year, your effective interest rate becomes 12.68% as a result of compounding each month.</span>

ExtremeBDS [4]
Ok so you would plug in 18 for the x so it would be 6(18)-12 and then 6x18 is 108 and 108-12=96 so your answer is 96
