Brainly is a question-and-answer website. Its stated purpose is to give
homework help, but unfortunately, many visitors don't use it that way.
Most questions are posted by elementary-, middle-, or high-school students,
and most of their questions come from their homework assignments.
Responses to the questions are posted by a wide variety of volunteers, from
other students to professional adults. Some of the responses do include helpful
explanations. Sadly, many don't. Far too many of the responses consists of only
an answer, with no explanation. Others consist of a wrong answer accompanied
by a wrong or unhelpful explanation. Finally, the site is characterized throughout
by an ominous fact: After more than a year in its existence, not a single ad has
appeared yet. No website can exist indefinitely without some revenue, and it's
doubtful that this one can survive much longer without some major changes.
The "elephant in the room" is the question: Should it ?

I really need help with this question, heres the picture.
Elena-2011 [213]

The righty answer is D, at the beginning the narrator mentions how enthusiastic they are about the study of anatomy and paid lip service to the mismatch in time and the perception of it. At the end, as death is inevitable, the narrator urgers the reader to enjoy their lives, because it will eventually come to an end.
