Answer:

The correct answer is the nature of the injection and whether the patient will survive an IV injection.

Explanation:

The IV or the intravenous injections have an application on the patients suffering from heart failure as in the case of heart attack or myocardial infarction. A peripheral IV is not mediated straightforwardly into the center of a system of veins, however, is imparted into a surrounding or peripheral vein.

There are some precautions that have to care of prior to inserting a peripheral IV. The two prime nursing considerations in the given case is the nature of the injection or whether the patient will survive an IV injection. Some of the IV infusions can prevent the vital senses of the patient, which might be more dangerous in the condition of heart failure. Some injection doses need to be associated directly with the heart, as it can affect other organs. Thus, the placement of the IV is very important.

The two major nursing considerations are:

• whether the patient will survive an IV injection and

• the nature of the injection

Intravenous (IV) injection or infusion is a technique for applying medicine directly into the vein using a needle or tube. The placement of the IV is very important, since IV infusions can block off vital senses of the patient.
