The movie was 3 hours and 43 minutes long.

She started at 9:40

Add 9 with 3, and 43 with 40

9 + 3 = 12

43 + 40 = 83

Note that there are 60 minutes in 1 hour

83 - 60 = 23

12 + 1 = 13

There is technically no 13 hours, and so because it started at p.m., it will become 1 am.

1:23 am should be your answer

hope this helps

Please answer this correctly
balu736 [363]

Answer:

2 years 5 months

Step-by-step explanation:

TO solve, convert everything to months

1 year has 12 months, so 5 years would have 60, because we multiply by 5.

Then we add the remaining 2 months, 60+2 =62

Then we can convert 2 years to 24 months. Then we add the remaining 9 months to get 24+9, 33

Then we subtract the 2, and get 62-33= 29, and we divide by 12 to convert to years and months. 29 divided by 12 is 2 and 5 months

so your answer is 2 years and 5 months

If the occurrence of one event has no effect on the occurrence of a second event, then the events are ________.
Firdavs [7]

Answer:

Independent event

Step-by-step explanation:

We have different type of event occurrence: an event could be dependent, independent or mutually exclusive.

Two event are mutually exclusive if disjoint if they cannot both occur at the same time. An example of mutually exclusive event is the set of outcomes of a single coin toss, which can result in either heads or tails, but not both.

Two events are independent if the occurrence of one does not affect the probability of occurrence of the other. Independent Events are not affected by previous events.

Two events are dependent if the occurrence of one does affect the occurrence of the second one.

Answer:

x= 24, y= 33°

Step-by-step explanation:

MJ is part of the diameter of the circle and there is right angle between the diameter and HK

As the diameter and HK are perpendicular, HM=MK and mHJ= mJK

So,

  • x= 24

and

  • y= 66°/2= 33°
