                        It seem like a crime seen. So the safest option is to leave the house at once and go to the law enforcement people and and inform to incident to them. The law enforcement people will come to scene and will investigate the scene. The lady will be taken to medical care and the man who claims to be her husband will be questioned. They will inform the police and will provide justice.

Thus the safest action will be
