The Congress provides checks and balances to the Executive and Judiciary arm of government.

Explanation:

The Congress limits their power by being able to approve any appointment made by the two arms . Through this they make findings and investigations before approving any selections made by the other arms. They also have the power to make amendment to laws in the best interest of the citizenry.

The executive and judicial branch ensure congress remains limited and in check through their ability to voice out in the incidences of the making of laws which are unconstitutional.

Well the answer should be in a general election, each state has officials who count and CERTIFY votes.

The officials have to make sure that the people who give their vote have the credibility and rights to voice their vote, to avoid any sort of Election fraud that may negatively effect one candidate.

He began his military activity in 1810, being already quite a mature man. Bolivar joined Francisco de Miranda, who rebelled against the Spaniards, and soon became one of the most respected leaders of the rebels. Among the other leaders of the rebels, he stood out for his education and knowledge of military art. On July 5, 1811, rebels proclaimed Venezuela an independent republic. After the defeat of the republic by Spanish troops in 1812, Bolivar settled in New Granada (now Colombia), and at the beginning of 1813 the rebel army led by him entered the territory of Venezuela. In August 1813, his troops occupied the capital of Caracas and soon the Second Venezuelan Republic was created, headed by Bolivar. Venezuelan National Congress awarded Simon Bolivar the title of Liberator.
