When you write a program that will run in a GUI environment as opposed to a

command-line environment, some syntax is different.

Explanation:

 • GUI (Graphical User Interface) which is the computer user interface uses graphical images to activate and run the applications.
 • Command line interface is a interface that is in a text format, which can accept commands for a task.

Answer:

The main difference between LAN, MAN and WAN is the scope and coverage of the networks. LAN (Local area network) is usually used to connect computers in smaller distances such as in a building or in offices. They use various topologies such as bus topology, ring topology, star typology etc to connect the computers and share information only among the computers connected in LAN. A Metropolitan Network covers larger coverage than LAN and is usually used for connecting a city rather than single organization. A Wide Area Network is collection of networks or many LANS. The perfect example of WAN is internet which connects thousands and millions of networks. Another factor which distinguishes between LAN, MAN and WAN is that LAN and MAN are owned by certain entities such as government, educational institutions or organizations whereas WAN (i.e. Internet) is not owned by anyone.

Web design is awesome! Alright, so -

If you want to call some attention to text, you need to focus on the basic essentials.

You want your text to be brief and split up. If someone goes on your site and see's walls of text, they'll be overwhelmed and leave.

So, to call attention - make it brief, and split it up into nice paragraphs.

Another way to call attention to text is to have a really good colour scheme. Having text easy on the eyes attracts the reader more, and encourages them to dive deeper.

If your text is unattractive and hard to look at it, it'll certainly get their attention - but not the attention you want.

Finally, another way to call attention is with visual adjustments such as making text bold, making it italicised, making it ALL CAPS, or just GOING CRAZY WITH UNNECESSARY TEXT ATTENTION ATTRACTING POWER!!!!!!!

Ahem... Anyways, these are just a few ways to get their attention. =) If you need any other help, private message me because I love web development! =)
