Answer: Brutus must decide whether to help in the plot to kill Caesar.

Explanation:

In Shakespeare's <em>"The Tragedy of Julius Caesar",</em> one of the characters faces a moral dilemma of whether to participate in a murder plot against his friend.

The play is about Julius Caesar, a Roman general who has become quite powerful. Some people, including Cassius, are not happy that Caesar has assumed so much power, and they decide to murder him. In Act II, Scene I, Brutus, a friend of Caesar's, must decide whether he wants to join the conspirators. It is a hard decision, because Caesar was his friend, but he ultimately decides that Caesar should be assassinated. As he describes it to Cassius, it is for the good of the Roman citizens.
