1. he broke a criminal law. criminal Laws are breaking a law and getting punished for it. and that is what he did he was speeding over the limit so he got a ticket as punishment.

2. t’s a regulation. Because this an official rule or order that guides behavior related to the state.

3. The purpose of the law related to the scenario is to protect people safety because the law is about how fast you go on the local road. if you go faster than 45 miles then you can have an accident and that goes to show that if we didn't have this law there would be accidents all over.
