Potassium is often under consumed because people don't realize the benefits of the nutrient or they can't have it due to medications they might be taking. But poor consumption of potassium can result in pains in your bones or muscles. Potassium provides strength and nutrients to these places to keep them functioning in top shape. To avoid low potassium levels you can simply eat a fruit like a banana or grapefruit because without these things your body may begin to deteriorate or be in a lethargic weakening pain.

No, it cannot. Being on the internet means you have access to something everyone else is seeing. The internet is a real-time feed of all around the world. Books are just a series of words. They can in no way influence the body image of anyone because this generation barely even reads books.
