Hey there!

If they are doing any activities that raise their heart rate, then more blood is being pumped to the heart. This is so that the muscles have enough energy to keep exercising. So when a person is doing an aerobic activity, they are increasing the amount of blood to the heart and lungs. I hope this helps!

According to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 10-35% of the macronutrient protein should be the source of daily calories for adults.
