The correct answer is true.

It is true that the domestication of plants led to more stationary settlements during the First Agricultural Revolution.

During the Neolithic Revolution also named the Agriculture Revolution, humans stopped being nomads. They passed from hunters that followed herds to farmers because they learned agriculture techniques. Some civilizations such as the Sumerians established next to rivers, in this case, between the Euphrates and Tigris Rivers. Or the Egyptians, that settled in next to the Nile River banks. There, they grew crops that allowed these civilizations to flourish.

What was darwains main contribution to the theory of evolution
Yuri [45]

Answer:

Darwin's main contribution to the theory of evolution was his theory of natural selection.

Explanation:

Natural selection is the phenomenon that some organisms from a particular population fit better into their environment, that is, are more likely to provide surviving offspring than less well-adapted organisms. The best adapted organisms will increasingly gain the upper hand within the population (survival of the fittest). It is thus one of the mechanisms of evolution. Mutations in, and recombinations of, the genetic material of the organisms cause the genetic variation in the population, allowing this selection.
