Advantages of using a resource person in handling a First Aid lesson:

1. It enables the learner to gain more knowledge and inputs regarding the First-Aid lesson.

2. Learning from the personal experience of the resource person can motivate the learner.

3. The resource person would be able to provide the learning materials needed.

Disadvantages

1. it can sometimes be expensive to organize.

2. Quality of training.

3. Additional cost.

Explanation:

By using A resources persons, the participants are eager to learn which helps them gain experience. Since the resources trainer has been in the profession longer his experience are valuable. the resources manager is sometimes responsible for provisi the required materials for the training which makes it easy for the participants to learn.

Sometimes using a resources person can be very expensive, the quality of training often time doesn’t reflect the amount of money paid. Also additional cost incurred most times while trying to provide additional materials required for the training.
