Answer:
Please refer to the detailed explanation below!
Explanation:
a) In one to two sentences, explain who you think bombed Bill’s house, and why?

It is very likely that Bill did it himself in order to destroy all kind of evidence that might have linked him with the murder of Dr. Fisher. But eventually, investigators found several pieces of evidence that suggests a link between Bill and Dr. Fisher’s case.
b) In two to three sentences, discuss what other types of explosion or fire evidence that you might you look for within the blast radius?

I would have looked for the fragments of the bomb within the blast radius since they can play a vital role to catch the suspect. It is very likely that the bomb was home made so the culprit must have bought the various parts from nearby stores therefore, it is possible to trace the suspect through these bomb fragments.
c) In a short paragraph, discuss why this incident changes or does not change your theory on Dr. Fisher’s murder?

I believe in the theory that Dr. Fisher was murdered by his own patient Bill since they had a very hostile relationship. The incident of Bill’s house bombing doesn’t change my theory on Dr. Fisher’s murder, in fact, it further solidifies my theory of Bill being the murderer since Bill wanted to get rid of the evidence so that’s why he bombed his own house.
