Once I got into a huge fight with my brother. He was refusing to listen to my point of view, so I got very frustrated. I ended up storming off to my room and hurting myself. Instead, I should have tried to talk it out with my brother, or tell a parent.

Therapy is expensive so people with less money might not have access to therapy thus poorer people might have worse mental health.
