You said that your teacher is a 'she', but the German word "Lehrer" means a
male teacher. She might have actually intended to say "Ich bin dein <u>Lehrerin</u> !"

it cant be burdensome because that means bothersome
it cant be explanatory because reassurance is a feeling of saftey
it cant be emapathy because thats relating to someone
its comforting because when you are comftorable you are safe and when you reassured you feel safe
