Answer:

¿Que frases son falsas sobre Subtiava?

Fue la capital de Nicaragua.

Está al lado de Managua.

Su cultura es española.

Explanation:

In this question we have to select which statements are false about Subtiava?

The answers are:

It was the capital of Nicaragua

It is next to Managua

Its culture is Spanish

Currently, Subtiava or Sutiaba is a neighborhood in the city of León, but originally it was an indigenous community that inhabited the regions of the Gulf of Fonseca, Xolotlán Lake and the Maribios mountain chain. On the other hand, the city of León was the first city founded in Nicaragua in the year 1524, and then was moved, from its original location, next to Sutiaba due to an earthquake and volcano eruption in 1610. The Sutiaba were against this and rebelled to the Spanish. So, Sutiaba was never the capital city of Nicaragua.

The city of León, even though ios close to Managua, is not next to it, at a distance of around 100 Km (62 miles).

Currently, the Sutiaba neighborhood is one of the 10 main neighborhoods in León, and it is the biggest neighborhood in the city. It was built following Spanish tradition, with a main square and Church. However, Sutiaba is currently the biggest and better organized indigenous community of the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua, and they claim a strong indigenous identity, despite having lost many external attributes of ethnic identity, such as traditional language, lands, religious rituals and traditional clothing.

forsale [732]

Answer:

Falso.
