An example of an interjection would be "Ahh!".


As for the reason you should not use them in, say, an academic paper, is quite simple. They are an informal choice of words.

I would want to rest and do things I want to do. If you take and arrange everything in advance then you will worry if you have everything or not. I would want to watch Tv and hang out with friends. There is a lot more to life than organizing stuff and waiting for that something to happen. Relax and enjoy yourself.
