When you multiply the numerator and denomiator 4 in 1/3 the result is 4/12
So 7/12 is greater than 1/3
And when we multiply the numerator and denomiater 4 in 2/3 the result is 8/12
So 7/12 is less than 2/3

Investing in common humanity that was said by Barack Obama was that for people to be able to obey laws that was set by the government, government needs to carry out it's responsibility on people first, for instance, if the rate of unemployment is high, there would be high rate of crime, which means people will not obey law because they are unemployed.
