About snowing,it has snowed in my place for years but this year it's really not happening..What do you think about this?
Svetllana [295]
Although global human impact (global warming) is not to be ignored, this is mainly because of the El Nino in the <span>central and eastern equatorial Pacific Ocean.

If you're in the Eastern USA, its messing with the jet stream the high/low pressure ridges, causing the cold front to not be within the Northeastern USA area this year.

If you're in other areas far enough I don't know, global warming?

Read the article titled "Giant Jellyfish Invasion." Why are these jellyfish invading oceans near China, and how might humans hav
Zinaida [17]

According to the article, jellyfish are invading the oceans near JAPAN. Fisherman in the area assert that the amount of fish and jellyfish in the waters have shifted drastically during their lifetime. There is a large abundance of jellyfish (making it difficult or impossible to fish some days) and a small number of other kinds of fish.

Humans may have caused this problem by over-fishing disrupting the balance of the underwater ecosystem. Jellyfish are eaten by some fish and compete with other species of fish. Also humans building docks, bridges, and other water infrastructures have led to a decline in habitat availability for jellyfish.
