PLEASE I AM LITERALLY CRYING OVER THIS
jolli1 [7]

Answer:

They need better pay because some of them work 12 hour shifts with no breaks and get payed less then minimum wage for the brutality their shift is. This in inhumane as many of the workers are here only because they need to do this to support their family. However their superiors at their workplace use them and overwork them each day. This prevents them from seeing their family and to be honest do anything but work eat and sleep. A change to improve their working conditions will help society because more people will be willing to work because of the good qualities of their job so from this the poverty rate will decrease. This means that things will become more affordable so other companies will benefit from making their workers conditions better as they will get more workers and more profit as more people will have the money to buy things. Hope this helps :)

What is planetary differentiation?
PolarNik [594]

Answer:

》Planetary differentiation《

In planetary science, planetary differentiation is the process of separating out the different components within a planetary body as a consequence of their physical or chemical behavior (e.g. density and chemical affinities). The process of planetary differentiation is mediated by partial melting with heat from radioactive isotope decay and planetary accretion. Planetary differentiation has occurred on planets, dwarf planets, the asteroid 4 Vesta, and natural satellites (such as the Moon).
