The correct answer is "D"

The theory of conflict is one of the great schools of modern sociological theory, it is considered as a development that occurred in reaction to the statics of structural functionalism. During the 1950s and 1960s the theory of conflict provided an alternative to structural functionalism, but it has recently been superseded by neo-Marxian theories. The theory of conflict is closely linked to the theory of games and studies and schools on negotiation.

Generally, different definitions of "social conflict" are offered, differences that draw our attention to complementary aspects of the concept: For example, Stephen Robbins's: "A process that starts when one party perceives that another has negatively affected it or that is about to negatively affect some of their interests "and that of Lewis A. Coser for whom social conflict is a struggle for values and for scarce status, power and resources, in the course of which the opponents want to neutralize, damage or eliminate their rivals. A conflict will be social when it transcends the individual and comes from the very structure of society.

Ainat [17]

Answer:

Limited financial resources to defend the action

Explanation:

The college student can state the inconvenience and the financial pressure the motion can result in because of the nature of the incident. The student does not have the financial resources to defend himself in State B. This also does not comply with the "traditional notions of fair play and substantial justice" given that the student will not be able to defend his actions. Another argument claiming lack of personal jurisdiction will be that the constitutional minimum contacts test has not been met. The fair play and fair justice argument will be based on financial limitations of the student. However, it must be kept in mind that in order for this argument to be string, the student will need to provide proof of severe inconvenience and financial pressure resulting from the motion.

What is clifford constitution?
Natasha2012 [34]
The Clifford Constitution of 1922 abolished the Nigerian council of 1914 as it was succeeded by a new legislative council into which Nigerians will be given way to power via electoral principles.

viewing the provisions of Clifford Constitution, the legislative council was constituted of forty-six members of which official members containing the governor and nineteen non-official members out of which fifteen were decided by the governor, ten out of nineteen non-officials were Nigerians. Further, it was discovered that for the category of a male adult who can vote and be voted for must have remained in the country for twelve months and have a total annual income of one hundred pounds per annum. Also, it is important to know that, the North was not fused into the legislative council. But the governor maintains to rule by proclamation in the North. The era more led to the establishment of the original political party in Nigeria in 1923 by Herbert Macaulay (NNDP) and the establishing of the newspaper like West African Pilot and Lagos Daily News.

also which of is important to know is , the executive council established by the constitution was essentially an advisory organization to the governor general as of the veto power. it was formed up of ten ex-officio members. So, executive council was exclusively reserved for the Europeans (strictly a European affair)
And lastly, the constitution allows increased representation than 1914 constitution and began the pace for Nationalist agitation by preparing them for future political activities in contempt of some of its shortcomings like a limited franchise, white domination, governor's veto powers and the start of sectionalism into Nigerian politics.
