The Berlin Wall was built by East German troops and engineers on August 13, 1961. The wall was built to keep west Germans out, but it was built to keep eastern Germans in. I believe absolute location is when you give an exant location of where you are and a relative location is just and area your in.
FOR EXAMPLE:
absolute location: I live on South West baker Street at 3410.
relative location: I live in Miami, Florida
