The Venezuelan people gave Hugo Chavez a referendum to rewrite their constitution and implement socialism.

Further Explanations:

The referendum was introduced in the constitution to amend Article 69 of the constitution to transform the country into a socialist country. Though the referendum was not accepted by the constitution. It was the first defeat of Hugo Chavez in his 9 years Presidency.

Hugo Chavez was the President of Venezuela who presided over the office for more than 14 years. He took oath to the President in 1999 and continued to the post till his demise in 2013. Born in a middle-class family he started his career as the army officer and after getting fully dissatisfied with the political system he started the “Revolutionary Bolivarian Movement” during the early 1880s. The best option is B.Socialism

Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez was elected to his post in 1998 with 56.2% of the vote and convened two Referendum of Approval the following year. In the first one (04/25/99) the citizens approved the convocation to a constituent assembly to reform the Constitution of Venezuela in 1961, and in the second (15/12/99) the people approved the Constitution drafted by the Constituent Assembly.

The first referendum asked: "Do you summon the National Constituent Assembly with the purpose of transforming the State and generating a new legal order that allows the functioning of a Social and Participative Democracy?" and "You agree with the Executive's proposals ..."

The second referendum asked for itself or not if you approve the Constitution drafted by the National Constituent Assembly.

In short, the people voted to approve a Constitution that would allow the development of a Social and Participative Democracy. The government of Hugo Chavez was called Socialism of the 21st Century.

Since democracy was already existing in Venezuela before, we can say that the best answer is B.Socialism.

Which computer technology do you use for mentioned areas of application
NemiM [27]

Answer:

Advances in computer-based information technology in recent years have led to a wide variety of systems that managers are now using to make and implement decisions. By and large, these systems have been developed from scratch for specific purposes and differ significantly from standard electronic data processing systems. Too often, unfortunately, managers have little say in the development of these decision support sysems; at the same time, non-managers who do develop them have a limited view of how they can be used. In spite of these drawbacks, the author found that a number of the 56 systems he studied are successful. And the difference between success and failure is the extent to which managers can use the system to increase their effectiveness within their organizations. Thus, the author suggests that this is the criterion designers and managers should jointly ascribe to in exploiting the capabilities of today’s technologies.

Through which entity has the U.S. promoted labor rights and national security in Latin America?
melomori [17]
Colombia’s legal and regulatory systems are for the most part transparent and consistent with international norms. Colombia has a comprehensive legal framework for business and foreign direct investment (FDI), and the U.S.-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement (CTPA) that took effect on May 15, 2012, has strengthened trade and investment between our countries. Through the CTPA and several international conventions and treaties, Colombia’s dispute settlement mechanisms and intellectual property rights protection are stronger than ever. Nevertheless, piracy and counterfeit products continue to be a major problem, which is the reason why Colombia remains on the U.S. Trade Representative’s Special 301Watch List.
