The correct answer is B) Race riots in several cities.

The adverse effect emerged from African Americans migrating North in search for jobs during World War 1 was race riots in several cities.

Black men from the Southern states emigrated to the Northern stats during World War 1. They were looking for better job and living opportunities in the North, where the fabrics of munitions and weaponry were hiring many women. This process was called The Great Migration. African Americans populated larger cities of the North like New York, Chicago, Detroit, and St. Louis. They began to form black communities in those areas. But the adverse effect emerged from African Americans migrating North in search for jobs during World War 1 was race riots in several cities.

I believe the answer is: Race riots in several cities

Not all northern citizens support equality of race. As the African Americans migrated to the north, many of local people see them as an economic threat that took up job opportunities from them. Because of this, many conflict started to arise, leading to race riots in several cities.
