Answer: The working stage

Explanation:

There are four stages of group therapy which are initial stage,transition stage ,working stage and final stage. They all are very important and help the group deal with certain issues in each stage.

Group Therapy – Working Stage

This is a stage that comes after the transition stage (when there is conflict and lack of confidence in some members). This stage group members are now well settled and are ready to actual tackle serious matters together and face the task that the group was formed to deal with. The counselor at this stage has established ways to make all member feel free to express their emotions with no fear of being judged.

The counselor leads their emotions to actual come out. Everyone need to express themselves honestly and truthfully and the counselor will encourage that using proper technique.
