I would say that New England, having important ports like New York made it a good candidate for industrial development and also they were the entry point for new immigrants who provided the workforce for new industries and also they were the first settled places in the US so had a jump start on developing industries.

What did hitler suggest was needed for germany and how would that lead to war
Firlakuza [10]
He believed and suggested that Germans should have the treaty of Versailles reversed and that they should not be punished as harsh as they were for world war 1 and that they should once again become a strong and a proud country that they were before world war 1. This resonated well with the people who supported this, however, he saw the path to this greatness through war and genocide and attacking everyone in Europe.

How did the people of colonial america view aging, especially reaching advanced age?
DENIUS [597]
They viewed reaching an advanced age as a significant accomplishment.
Life expectancy in early colonial Virginia was less than 25 years -- including the reality of infant mortality and a high number of deaths in childhood.  In the colonial beginnings of New England, around 40% of children died before reaching adult age.  Life in the colonies was very hard for the early colonists.

Analyze the extent to which European exploration of the new world was driven by economic factors.
Iteru [2.4K]

The characterization of mercantilism as a "set of practices" demonstrates the absence of a preconceived plan for the economic policy of European countries that, between the 16th and 18th centuries, disputed slices of American territory to keep them in the condition of colonies. During this period, in Europe, the wealth available in the world was thought of as something that could not be expanded, and therefore the absolutist states strove to secure for themselves as much of this supposedly limited wealth as possible. Gold and silver, circulating in the form of coins or locked in the coffers of kings were understood as their translation, hence the true search fever of the so-called metals
