In nature, animal populations are dynamic. This means they are changing due to various circumstances. The population of rabbits

in certain areas of the world are affected by the population of foxes, for example. Using reasoning, which model shows the relationship between the two populations?

Answer:

The model representing this relationship is : Prey-Predator Relationship.

Explanation:

  • In a prey-predator relationship, the population size of each, prey and predator is affected by the population of the other.
  • This is distinctly observed when the predator has a preference for a particular prey.
  • In the given example, the rabbits are the prey and the foxes are the predators.
  • Increase in the population of the rabbits will make them easily accessible to the foxes, that on hunt them for their food.
  • On obtaining sufficient food the foxes can reproduce well and will produce more offspring, so the population size of the foxes would also increase.
  • After some time, the continued hunting of the rabbits will cause its death rate to increase more than its birth rate. This will result in the decline in the rabbit population.
  • The reduced rabbit population would reduce the chances of them being accessed and hunted by the foxes.
  • Due to decrease in food availability, the foxes reduce their reproduction rate, as a result the fox population gradually decreases.
  • This is followed by an increase in rabbit population.
  • This cycle continues.

Which response represents the potential risks of a biohazard exposure to the facial mucous membranes of the eyes, nose, or mouth
Assoli18 [71]

When exposed to the mucous membranes on the face, biohazards can contaminate the eye as well as enter the circulation and stomach.

  • Biological compounds that endanger the health of living things, particularly humans, are referred to as biohazards, sometimes known as biological hazards.
  • Medical trash or samples of microorganisms, viruses, or toxins (from a biological source) that may be harmful to human health are examples of biohazards.
  • Bacteria, viruses, parasites, and molds or fungi are examples of biological health risks.
  • When they come into touch with skin, are eaten, or are inhaled, they can be harmful to human health.
  • They have the potential to spread diseases such parasite infections, tetanus, lung infections, and food poisoning.
  • The method via which a person can come into touch with a dangerous material is referred to as an exposure pathway. There are three primary exposure routes: direct touch, ingestion, and inhalation.

If the DNA sequence is AAG TCG. What is the RNA complimentary sequence?
Helen [10]

Answer:

Complementary RNA (cRNA) is a copy of a strand of RNA that will bind to the appropriate region of the original molecule. If the original RNA stand had a base sequence of AUU, for example, the sequence of the cRNA strand would be UAA.

Hope it helps.
