The Real Meaning of A Christmas Carol. One, we remember: "I shall love [Christmas] as long as I live." This is the spirit of love and charity, giving trees, toy drives, thy fellow man, etc. etc. Less frequently remembered is Scrooge's vow: "I will live in the Past, the Present, and the Future!

Fossils can be defined as remnants of plants and animals that have lived on the earth many years ago. Coal can be defined as a solid type of fossil fuel which is formed from decayed plants.

Coal arises from different plant debris such was roots, leaves, trees that settle in swamps, the seperation and gathering of these debris forms what is known as "peat". Folds of the peat covered by sediment is exposed to heat and pressure for millions of years to form coal.
